COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
BøgeBryg er en kraftfuld mørk amerikansk ale. Øllet gærer og lager i ca. 3 uger sammen med friske bøgekviste fra hareskovens bøgetræer. De friske bøgekviste er med til at give øllet en smule røget og træagtig aroma. Bøgebryg har endvidere en herlig humleduft og bitterhed, der passer godt sammen med øllets robuste og let brændte karakter. Alkoholstyrke 5.2%

Bottle from TW, Thanks. Low malty aroma with a tuch of caramell. Sweet caramell taste with a tiny bitterness that makes it unbalanced.

Kvittenäpple, nötter och kanske lite gräs anas i doften. OK kropp..lite spretig om man ska gnälla. Smakerna man bjuds på är utav pionjär art..måste vara bokkvistarnas förtjänst. Finfin lagom efterbeska. Slutsats: Innovativ god ale.

Bottle. Clear dark amber with medium tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, fruit and hops. Flavour is malt, caramel, medium sweet, hops, little toffee, little bitter,spices and a tiny bit citrus.

An ok Amber Ale. You could taste the characteristic cascade hop but it wasn’t that lively. A little thin for my taste.

Amber color. Caramel and malt aroma, perfumy, lightly fruity. Correct body strength, sweet caramel flavor, a bit of syrup and a light grassy touch. Correct bitterness. Pleasant.

Bottle. Pours clear reddish amber with a medium light tan head. The aroma is fruity and caramelish malty. The flavour is sweet malty, flowerish and fruity. Sweet fruity finish.

bottle 500ml, pours nice red brown with white head, sweet berries and smoke notes.... the flavor is nice sweet fresh with fruits .... sweet rich body .... soft carbonation......
