Bottle. Large creamy off-white lasting head with fair lacing. The body is hazy, lightly cloudy and amber coloured. Aroma of caramel, cereal, citrus and lots of smoke. The flavor is moderate sweet and lightly bitter.

May 17, 2008 Long-lasting head on an amber body. The taste is OK, although a little harsh, but otherwise it is a good brew, well suited for dinner.

May 2, 2008 Bottle. Nice head with ok duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are mainly smoke and sweet malt.

May 1, 2008 Bottle. Pours amber with medium head. Aroma is malty and smoky with notes of toffee and caramel. Nice flavour of sweet malt, caramel, hops and oak that makes its slightly smoked. This is good stuff.

Apr 17, 2008 Tasted 2008-04-17. Fresh bottle. Pours unclear, amber with off-white head. Aroma of smoked sum’n. Malty and a bit yeasty. Flavour: Initially sweet then moderately bitter. Hints of clove in the aftertaste. I like their Ahornbryg much better, but this is still pretty tasty.
