2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
(On tap) Pale golden, slightly hazy without much head. Rather thin body but comes with a solid hop bite from good aroma hops. Very refreshing as a spring-/summer beer. I cannot really detect any honey, at least it doesn’t leave any sweetness. 110405

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Draught. Golden colour with nearly nothing foam. Flowerish aroma. Flavour of some heather and sofly hoppy. Medium too light body, very soft aftertaste, but nice. But not much honey, this beer is nearly a Pilsner in taste.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
This resembles a pilsner more than the Skovlyst pilsner. It smells like stale pilsner. And there’s not even a hint of honey in the flavor. It looks pretty though: a pale, hazy yellow.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Draught at Bryggeri Skovlyst.
Hazy dark yellow with almost no head. Mild sweet fruity and sugary aroma with honey hints. Malty and grainy flavor, notes of hop and flower. Hints of honey, but not very noticeable. An uninteresting beer, could definately use a more efficient honey note.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
(on tap) Again, why the honey, when it´s so freaking vague one might as well forget about it. "yeah, but for a broader audiense..." Well, to a broader audiense, this beer must be slightly asweeter than most beers and cloying when it´s to warm; like mine was. Some bitterness in the finish, but also a watery feel, made me barf to much.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
A hazy light yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is flowery combined with notes of honey, fruit, and caramel. I can’t tell, that the honey used is heather honey. The flavor is very hoppy - almost acidic - and slightly sour like lemon, but I can’t really tell the honey in the flavor. The end is very bitter hoppy, but the body is thin.
