50cl bottle. Pours light amber with foamy head. nose is honey and caramel. taste is bitter and caramel sweet with alcohol notes. bitter aftertaste that is not very pleasant in the finish.

Flaske: Orange klar øl med et fint skumhoved. Duften er domineret af humle, med en del citrus, men man kan faktisk godt fornemme at de har prøvet at give et indtryk af skov. Smagen er frisk og lækker og mundfylden fungerer også fint med en god bitterhed til at bakke det hele op med.

Sample from bottle at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2013. Amber colour, moderate white head. Pleasant hoppy aroma, piney, floral and fruity notes. Distinct hoppy flavour, notes of grapefruit, resin and pine needles. Maybe not Skovlyst’s most original beer, but definitely one of their best.

Bottle, 7.2%. Dark amber/brown with small tan head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop, caramel and grapefruit. Flavour is malt, caramel, medium sweet, hops, grapefruit, little pine, little citrus and medium bitter.
