Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Dror. Clear deep golden. Aroma of piney, citric and resinous notes and some malt. Sweet malty flavor, a bit sugary, with some fruitiness and a moderately bitter hoppy finish. Medium-bodied. Too sweet, but kinda OK.

Hazy light amber. White head. Well carbonated. Aroma is malty sweet with moderate hoppy bitterness. Notes of pine?. Fruit. Flavour is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and bitter finish. Sugarsticky palate.

UPDATED: APR 29, 2012 Almost clear golden beer with a small white head. Subdued, almost lifeless aroma - with a good will there are hints of resin and grass. Malt profile is unclear. Taste is medium sweet and medium to strong bitterness with notes of grapefruit, orange and a tiny tiny hint of resin and pine. Body is medium, texture is medium, carbonation is soft and finish is bitter and dry. Absolutely drinkable, but a beer that lacks aroma.

Bottle 50 cl, Kastrup. Pours clear golden amber with a big fluffy off white head leaving lots of lacing. Aroma is bready, hoppy, a bit sunky soapy, malty and earthy. Flavor is sweet in front, malty, fruity, hoppy and pungeant afterwards. Finishes sweet bitter.

0.5 L bottle from SuperBest, Nykøbing Sjælland. Crystal clear, dark golden. Low, fully diminishing white head. Sweetish citrus fruity hop aroma. A hint of honeyed malts and toasted bread. Taste is on the sweet side of bitter-sweet. Palate-coating malt-sweetness, and some fairly tight and clean and bittering hops. Sticky mouthfeel. Bitter-sweet ending. Quite one-dimensional, not a very interesting beer.

Bottle from Kastrup (airport). It poured a pale golden liquid with a dirty white head. Mild smell of flowers and a wiff of herbs. Similar taste with some earth, sweet malts and perfume. Smoth mouthfeel. Brittish type of IPA that doesn’t stand out in a crowd.

Clear deep golden pour, thick white head. Aroma is faint citrus with some pilsener malts. Flavor is quite sweet and fruity with some bitter floral hops. Not that good, but still quite drinkable.

Bottle 500ml, some fruit, flower. pours golden with very nice looking large white head..... the flavor is creamy bitter hops, grass ....nice balance....all i all :) an very nice IPA from Skovlyst.....
