Draught. Dark brown colour. Rum vanilla. Almonds. Raisins. Light body. Gentle, but with a decisive bitter finish. A little odd.

Draught@CPH Beer Festival 2011. Deep ambery brown colour with a small slightly off-white head. Aroma is wood, syrup, mild rumlike sweetness along with some toffee and vanilla. Flavour is "rum raisin" ice cream, with some mild wooden, syrupy and sugary notes. Rather sweet and very different from most other brews.

Draught @ Olfestival 2011 Kobenhavn. Hazy dark amber color, with an off white head. Very malty, biscuits, caramel toffee,butterscotch. Some licorice and spices.

Growler. A chestnut brown beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of butter, malt, straw, and caramel. The flavor is very sweet with notes of caramel, as well as light notes of tobacco and candy, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Copper with a lasting off-white head. Aromaof fruit, citrus, brown sugar and a faint hint of diacetyl. Sweet and fruity flavour with a hint of custard sweetness. Slightly tart finish

Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, toffee, rom, candy, berry sweet, sweet malt - candy, koldskål - kærnemælk - buttermilk. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, koldskål. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110526]
