Ølfestival, Valby, DK On tap Nice orange-red colour. Cherries are dominant but underneath are notes of banana and hospital

From tap at the brewpub. Pours slight hazy, orange to pink with a very thick and light pink head. Cherry esteric and fruity aroma with a mild wheat note beneath. Flavour is subdued sweet with a mild esteric wheat and cherry note. Cherries shine through in a soft yet nicely fruity way. Lingering banana and cherry fruity finish. Perhaps the best Skovlyst wheat I’ve had.

Draught @ Bryggeri Skovlyst, Værløse, Denmark. Unclear light red color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, light banana, moderate cherry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (051207)

Cloudy orange, reddish colour and a thin pink head. Wheaty, candy sweet aroma with marcipan notes. Too sweet flavor of candy and fruit. Seems very artificial.

Draught @ KØ 2006: Reddish coluored. Unclear Reddish white head. Sweet cherry aroma. Sugary cherry flavour. Some dryness. Is light bodied and quite watery. Fruity end. NOt a must tast fruit beer.
