...fra min "anmeldelse" af menuen på NOMA april 2008: "Som apperitif serveredes den af Skovlyst specialbryggede NOMA-pilsner. Vanen tro har de gæve bryggere fra Værløse proppet alskens sager fra den omliggende skov i deres bryg. Helt tro mod NOMA’s fuldt nordiske koncept, hvor alt hidrører fra vores breddegrader. I dette tilfælde har den lyse gyldne og ufiltrerede pilsner ladet sig brygge på 100% ren birkesaft og derefter nydt en eftergæring på tørrede brændenælder. En uklar, men meget frisk, let citrus- og gærpræget pilsner med en pænt humlet finish. Rar – men så heller ikke så meget mere."

May 6, 2008 Cloudy pale yellow colour with a white head. Malty, sweet aroma with a herbal note. Malty, light grainy with fruity and herbal notes.

Apr 27, 2008 (Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Myrup. Pours a cloudy pale golden with tiny impurities and a fairly dense, rough, white head. Fresh, lightly fruity nose. Medium body with sweetish malt and fruits and a lightly spicy edge. The finish is dry with a light bitterness. Quite refreshing. 190408
