COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Robust mørk porter med masser af varme og glød. Vi har brugt rigelige mængder af ”Skovhuggerens” brænderistede chokolade malt, hvilket giver øllet en fornem fylde af kakao, chokolade og karamel.

Clear dark red brown colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, light roasted, leather notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet dark malt, brown sugar, burnt malt, chocolate malt, burnt malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottled. A dark red-brown beer with a huge dark brown head. The aroma has notes of chocolate, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, chocolate, metal, and caramel, leading to a dry and lightly woody finish. The body is light.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours an opaque dark brown with a beige head. Sweet vanillaish aroma. Solid body, sweet roast and vanilla, milk chocolate as well. Not much hops but a roasty twist. Appears very Polish! 160112

Bottled@CPF BF 2013. More or less black colour with a creamy brown head. Aroma is fudge, toffee, some sweet malts and fudge as well. Mild chocolaty and toasted malts as well, when it warms up at bit. Flavour is fudge, toffee, sweet malts and some mild toasted notes.
