COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Robust mørk porter med masser af varme og glød. Vi har brugt rigelige mængder af ”Skovhuggerens” brænderistede chokolade malt, hvilket giver øllet en fornem fylde af kakao, chokolade og karamel.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy dark brown with thin but stable dark tan head. Clear arma of malt and rasins. Very pleasant, well-balanced taste of malt, roasted nuts and raisins. Slightly bitter aftertaste. A really good brew. Enjoy!

Bottle. Pours reddish black with creamy tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, (burnt) caramel, brown sugar, coffee, red port wine, apples and faint gravy. Taste is very sweet and light bitter. Body is oily to syrupy with very soft carbonation. Finish is medium long and sweet with notes of caramel, sweet licorice, faint red grapefruit and faint cream.

50 cl, flaske, 8,0 %, købt i Super Brugsen på Finsensvej, Frederiksberg, 26. september 2013. Sort, men forholdsvis klar, porter med moccafarvet skum, 1 cm tyk. Duft af stald og rugbrød, tilsat engelsk lakrids og en anelse citrus. Dejlig rund og fyldig smag af sødme, hvor man fornemmer chokolade, brændt malt. Kulsyreindholdet fint afstemt til denne øltype - den ligger godt i munden! Sødmen er fint balanceret med humlebitterheden. En dejlig porter! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

0,5 l bottle kindly shared by Sigmund. Fingerthick creamy brown head on a black body. Roasted malts and caramel on the nose. Full bodied and smooth. Malty beer, with notes of coffee, chocolate and liquorice.

Draught at the brewpub. Black coloured with a small beige head. Light roasted aroma of caramel, liquorice, dried fruits and chocolate. Sweet and light roasted flavour of caramel and dried fruits with notes of liquorice,. Roasted finish.
