Lys ale med vildblomst honning og hareskovens vildtplukkede skovmærke blomster. Skovmærke giver øllet en fortryllende blomster aroma med associationer til sommer og skovbund. Let og frisk øl.

[Sampled at the MS-Swamp-lovers gathering.] This is honey, but also a thin beer, a bit watery. Look of thin amber and fast head. Flowery and honey, medium fullness. Light drinkable, but it’s okay for sipping in the medium hot autumn weather.

Lovely frothy ale with distinctive aromas of flowers and forest. A little honey also suggested in the aroma. It has lovely flower and wild honey in the taste, and the first impression is a sweet ale. However joins an carefully marked bitterness, but no more than to maintain the floral flavor and taste of honey. This is a very delicate summerale, but probably not to drink in large quantities, as the sweetness in this case probably will be for queasy in length.

Bottle, 50cl. Pours a very pale yellow beer with a weak white head. The aroma is malt and sweetness. The flavor is sweet, spices, berries, flowers and some other flavor, could be woodruff. The palate is dry and a little bitter. Overall a good beer with a little strange flavor.
