Great balance between hops and malt. Sky High is really impressing me so far.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
UPDATED: SEP 16, 2013 Draft at Belmont Station. Lightly hazed gold with a short white head. Grain husks and sulfuric egg shell aroma with similar flavor. Rough, husky, coarse texture. Concrete mix and dog food and vegetables, lots of browned banana... veggie / pot / cheese / mold hop character... This is supposedly a Pilsner Urquell clone with German malt? Ugh, shamefully messy.

On tsp at sky high - pours out with thin head. Nose of citrus and biscuit. Taste of honey and citrus with slight dry finish. Nice pilsner.
