3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Dorée-orange voilée, effervescence moyenne, col blanc moyen. Plutôt douce en entrée, fruitée (mangue, orange) mais pas trop, petite amertume sur la fin, ABV ne se fait pas trop sentir si ce n’est par une petite chaleur dans le gosier.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. As Hop Collection Kent Goldings. A hazy, dark golden beer with an orange hue. A dense, finger-thick off-white head sits on top. The aroma has a little sugary touch, with fruityness and a little malty hint. Piney, peppery and grassy notes too. It’s full-bodied and pleasantly carbonated. Quite a lot of bitterness in the flavor, dealing easily with the malty sweetness and sugar. Some herbal, grassy notes too. The alcohol is well hidden, but there’s some warmth in the mouth. Lasting finish with a nice bitterness. A pretty pleasant one, would be nice with some semi-hard cheese with this I guess. 140111

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from ABS, as Hop Collection Kent Goldings. Golden orange, clear, huge fine head. Bready, crackery malt nose, with light honey, orange, and grass. Hops are far from dominant. Tangy, hoppy flavor, lots of citrus, with bread and honey. Overall effect is still quite sweet, with orange juice. Full and heavy. Decent bitterness at the end saves it, but this kind of strong blond needs a ton of hops to be balanced. This almost makes it.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
330ml bottle (Tuulensuu, Tampere) as Slaapmutske Hop Kent Golding
Marmaladey colour, and the etched glass gives it a constant tight white creamy head. Beautiful aromatic hop aroma, quite floral. Relatively dull taste, even some slight vegetal aspects. A simple triple. Adding yeast reduces the hop bite in the aroma, but mellows the taste, and removes the dodgy aspects. Covers 10% very well. Simple, but quite pleasant.
