Bottle (33 cl) from biersegourmet.be. Hazy golden, large white head. Sugary malt aroma some peppery and perfumy phenols, and floral hops. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Semi dry, low to meidum bitterness.

Sold as Organic Tripel, says best by 30/10/15. We’ll see. Faint yeast and malt, but it’s earthy and vegetal.Unfiltered yellow haze. The taste is sort of dirty as well, a sweet bio-stew of sugars, grass and yeast if you will. Softer body, could use some zest. A funkadelic trip.

Capped 750 as Organic Tripel from the Whole Foods in Davis, CA. Pours hazy orange with a foamy white head. Aroma of mixed fruit esters. Tangy carbonation. Med body. Flavor is fruit/yeast/spice with perhaps a hint of mustard. Could be banana. Gets pretty tasty as it warms. Nice.

This is an okay tripel but not near as good as the non-organic. I can actually detect a much earthier flavor to this, with very little of the bite that I like in tripels. More like a tasty Belgian blonde.

Looks like a nice tripel, clear, decent head. Peculiar aroma, herbal and hoppy. Taste: sweet and bittersweet finish. Mouthfeel ok for the type. Ok, but I’m not a fan of this beer.

33 cl. bottle split with Kogymo @ home. Procured from ALBO. BBF 10/04/2016. Pretty hazy golden, going to murky with collapsing white head. Smells like other grains, thick banana yeast, some sugar, herbs, very spicy with white pepper. Taste is thick banana yeast, lots of candy sugar, clover, very sweet spices, pretty sweet with dishwashing liquid citrus soap mixed in & herbs, hay + white pepper in the back. Carb. is a touch higher.

330 ml stubby bottle, at Cafe Touche, Arnhem. ABV 8% Pours a golden orange colour on the body, just a tad hazy. WHite head on top of the beer, two fingers tall, soapy and thick with good retention. Aroma is light fruity with peaches, some sugar, apricots. Taste is quite sweet with lots of apricots and peaches and basically it follows the aroma. Aftertaste is also very sweet with only a touch of bitterness on the finish. Medium thin body, sticky on the palate, and a bit high on the carbonation. Overall not bad, but a bit too sweet.

33 cl bottle. Aroma is sweet, fruit, honey, and something off. Pours clear gold with a lot of sparkling. White frothy head that is lacing and lasting. This one look pretty good. The taste on the other hand was not that good. Herbs, fruit, but for me something wrong/off. Aftertaste keeps on that harsh and off taste.
