Cerveza de color marrón, con una espuma cremosa que desaparece. Sabor acaramelado, toffee, afrutado y notas chocolateadas, además de especias. Olor afrutado. Una cerveza aparentemente sencilla con un sabor muy complejo sobretodo teniendo en cuenta que tiene sólo 6°C.

09.01.13. Bottle. A bit fluffy, off-white foam. Clear, reddish-brown beer. Aroma sweetish, hint of berries. Taste is a bit sour, dryish, cardboard. Quite smooth mouthfeel. Dryish bitter aftertaste. Not too shabby, but nothing special.

Bottle at home. Hazy brown pour, thick foamy off-white head. Aroma is spicy, sugary, fruity, bready, caramel and with some toffee. Flavor is very sweet and slightly spicy, clean and thick bodied. Although on the sweet side, still very well drinkable. Nice brew.

Bottle:
Medium sized creamy tan head, which is vast on top and right airy underneath. Changes with regular speed into a sticky lacing on top of a hazy brown amber colored beer.
Smell toasted barleys, creamy sugary notes like brown sugars ans sugar powder, porridge, hint of darker fruits, creamy malts.
Taste barley malts, toast, darker fruits, bitters, yeast, some hops, grains and a sprinkle of some light sweetness like brown sugars and caramel.
Aftertaste floral, hops, hay, grass, toast, bitters, barleys and herbs.
Medium carbo, blown and spicy mouthfeel, medium body and a light creamy bit thin texture.
Easy drinkable, no trace of alcohol. Nice!

I know the taste adn smell and can’t pin it down...nuts, toffee, caramel, apricots, figs, raisins, swwet and soothing. Lots of sediment make this a cloudy orange copper color with sticky thick foam.This is truly delicious. Note: my bottle is not labeled as "Winterbier" , just "Bruin"

Dobre, dobre ciemne piwo z przyprawami zimowymi. choć ma tylko 6% alc sprawia wrażenie jakby rozgrzewało solidnie. Lekki karmel w posmaku, a słodku wytrawny smak równomiernie się miesza z sobą. Dobrze skomponowane piwo

33 cl bottle athome in Skövde. Amber, hazy beer with a white head. Sweet, fruity, metallic, nutty, figs, chocolate and vanilla aroma. Metallic, malty, grassy, fruity, citrus and figs flavour.

Bottle. Somewhat hazy amber/copper color with a nice offwhite head. Malty nutty aroma, caramel, figs, a bit roasted, some chocolate, vanilla notes, woody, raisins, milky, pineapples, some coconut notes, some perfume, bready, wheat, sourish and vinous notes. Malty spicy flavor, grassy, pepper, milk, fruity, figs, grapes, some citrus, grapefruit, caramel, vinous, some raisins. A great surprise, complex, smooth and with a wonderful aroma. Spicy finisg, herbal, perfume, vinous, some grapes.

Bottle from the Craft Beer Co. Drank at home. Cloudy brown pour with a beige head. Toffee, caramel aroma with a little coconut in there too. Toffee, coconut and candied fruit action in the flavour. Sweet, smooth finish. Interesting.
