Eructoblaster (1266), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada Jul 11, 2008 Bottle - 500ml. Golden body with thin white foamy head. Weak malty/hoppy aroma with flowery and alcohol notes. Bad corny taste that ends with a short alcoholic finish. Avoid.
Angeloregon (2002), Portland, Oregon, USA Oct 1, 2008 From Bottleworks. Called "Special Beer." Shivering cidery golden body. Barely a head. Corn and adjuncty sweetness. Tendencies of a European strong lager (not always a huge fan of this style). Gripping, prickly spicy mouthfeel. Finishes mildly hot and with warm boozy malty residuals. nearbeer (1326), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Sep 4, 2008 500 ml, US version labeled "Slavutich Special". Clear golden with a small but lasting head. Aroma is honey, wood and grass. Flavors are similar, with some alcohol notes. Near-medium body is dryish and lightly carbonated. dankman38 (217), Somewhere in, Ohio, USA Apr 30, 2008 A free beer from someone who used to live in Ukraine. Pours a hazy straw/gold with a quickly dissipating head. The nose is pretty faint and bland but not offensive. A hint of fruit and sweetness hit you with every sip but it finishes bitter and almost soapy. This beer is an American macro on steroids and a bit more flavor. Storm (2683), Amager, Denmark Mar 21, 2008 Bottle. Clear golden colour with a white head. Aroma of hops and little malt. Flavour of sweet malt and little hops. Quite dull.
