Commercial Description:
Remarkably smooth for a full-flavoured beer. Our founder's intention was to combine the refreshing taste of a German lager with the distinctive taste of an English Ale without blending the two.

Bottle 341ml.
Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, acrid grass - silage, cardboard. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100102]

My standard after curling brew (curling rinks aren’t known for fine brews!) Aroma is slightly bready. Appearance is light gold and clear. Taste is slightly sour with a light bitterness. It has some creaminess on the palate, but not much as the name suggests. Lively carbonation with a very slight bitter finish.

Drinkable, but there’s something wrong with the taste for me, I just found it artificial. I’ve avoided it since.

Bouteille 341ml.

Nose has butter, vanilla and malt...quite un-expected! Sweet malt and light hops and distinct wheat. A distinct "cream" feel on the palate, more than most, well done. A touch too carbonated. Basic stuff all-around but quite drinkable!

Bottle - pours a light yellow. Mild hops and grain in flavour. Quite bland, but better than the average macro beer.
