COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Remarkably smooth for a full-flavoured beer. Our founder’s intention was to combine the refreshing taste of a German lager with the distinctive taste of an English Ale without blending the two.

Aroma of sweet corn with a little butter. Appearance is gold with light white head. Flavor matches the nose. Palate is creamy. Rather dull and simple, but unoffensive.

(Bottled). A last ,a Cream fucking Ale ...its always sounded so gross ,yet somwhow cool. So its meant to be a like germanic pils intertwined with UK Ale ,only not being so... but its really a pale lager that looks pissy and is lightly hopped .

Bottle at Boose’s wedding. Not sure what to say here. Fairly unremarkable and did not really make an impression. Not offensive but also did not leave a lasting impression. Boring really.

UPDATED: JAN 25, 2012 Légèrement sucré, avec un arrière goût savonneux. Totalement claire, un ton moins pale qu’une pale lager. Cream ale?

Bottle in Match Bar, London. Pale straw yellow. Nose is sweet sugary, grainy malt. Taste is unusual. Sourish lactic notes. Bit soapy. Corn. Grassy. And sweet honeyish malt. Never had a cream ale before. Definitely has a sour creaminess although it’s a bit artificial tasting.

Tastes kind of like an unpleasant mix between sour and bitter that hangs around much longer in your mouth than you would like. Bottle.

Bottle. An alright cream ale. Smooth and a little sweet. Nothing special, but inoffensive.

341ml bottle. Had as part of a variety pack a few years ago. Colour a little disappointing. Notes say it was very easy to drink.
