There is a nice mixture of hops and malts in he flavour and a moderate palate. There is some dryness in the finish. Fairly good stuff. unclemattie (2401), Georgia, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Feb 10, 2007 Pale yellow. Palate was a bit creamy though I expected more from the name. Seemed to be a very average beer all-around. MilkmanDan (1940), Eagan, Minnesota, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Feb 10, 2007 Light gold, sickly grayish head. Nose of corn syrup. Then some corn. And then, possibly, some more corn. Flavor actually has a few hops in it much to my surprise. Is a bit vegetable/herbal, but inoffensively so, and the corn flavor is at least vaguely sweet corn and not rotting corn. Finishes decently thanks to the hops. Not slimy, has a decent palate. Surprisingly not complete and utter crap. sheatripper (863), Brooklyn, New York, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jan 28, 2007 Bottle. Scary Bud-like appearance--uriney yellow/gold and flat, though the head is a bit more sturdy and actually produced some striped lacing. Aroma not too exciting, basically straw or hay with some faint grassy hops, similar to a typical "import" lager. Light corny malt flavor with a slight sourness in the background. A bit fuller in body and mouthfeel than a pale lager, though it feels and tastes old and flat. Not really good. obxdude10 (1556), Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jan 15, 2007 Pretty average offering, not all that ’creamy’ but still pretty smooth & drinkable, pours a straw-like golden color, small bubbly head when first poured, but it quickly amounted to no head at all, only a little bit of lacing around the glass, nose of corn & rice with a little bit of hop character, nice mix of hops & malt in the flavors, but a little sour toward the finish, semi-sweet finish but mostly sour & an qusai-outdated flavor, but not a bad beer to just ignore & try to put a buzz on with a few friends

Watery mouthfeel. Finishes with a funky corn aftertaste. Reminds me more of creamed corn flavored lager than ale of any sort.
