COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Remarkably smooth for a full-flavoured beer. Our founder’s intention was to combine the refreshing taste of a German lager with the distinctive taste of an English Ale without blending the two.

Gold Coloring. NOT Attractive at All. I’d Rather Have the Non-alcoholic Option Over This. Bad Bad Grains/Corn.. Little Sweet...But Just Overall Badness.

I have found this beer to be great in a can but sub-par in a bottle for some reason. Canned, I can drink this anytime anyone offers it to me and on the odd occasion say once a year I buy a 12. A good beer but too pricey.

Clear yellow in color with a small white head. Aroma is slight corn, malt & sweetness. Taste is somewhat bland, lightly sweet and watery.

Almost no head with a slightly darker gold body. Nice light aroma of corn. The taste has some metallic notes and some smoky aftertaste. The flavor also has some corn flakes.

Far too light in the malt category - in my opinion. Perhaps fermentable sugars were used... I don’t know. Balance of the malt and hops could have been better, as the hops was strong. Good appearance. Needs more balance for a "cream ale" label.

Found this very drinkable, would be good on a hot day. Not really much to it, light color and aroma, but for some reason it really agreed with me. Definetely the best from Sleeman’s sampler pack I had.

Bottle looks likes an IBC rootbeer. Aroma is a pretty boring and not good. Flavor is like a slightly creamy version of bad beer. I dont’t really like this beer, but it is better than a lot of other things out there.

Clear, deep golden ale with a small, fizzy, white head. The nose is of citrus fruit, corn and a touch skunky. The flavor is well-balanced, but fairly thin and nondescript. Not offensive. Light-bodied with a fizzy mouthfeel. Short, crisp, clean finish. Thanks to my father-in-law, Max, for the bottle from the great white North.
