Commercial Description:
Remarkably smooth for a full-flavoured beer. Our founder's intention was to combine the refreshing taste of a German lager with the distinctive taste of an English Ale without blending the two.

Clear golden with tiny white head. Sweet fruity aroma with mild caramel notes. Sweet flavor with fruity and mild cardboard notes. Ends mild bitter.

Clear light yellow color, super active carbonation in the glass like a natural spring. Small white head that fades to nothingness yet the beer still produces lace. Wheat smell mixed with lemon zest and a very mild hop gives this beer a crisp simple aroma. Tastes like your average lager similar to a corona with a lime wedge. I could not identify a cream, just a salty suds in the finish. Nothing to make this beer stand out in a crowd and if it was presented in a glass I would not guess cream ale.

A very nice cream ale. I wish there were more of these. Aroma was so so. LIght malt, sugar and biscuit. Pour was a nice light gold with a one finger white head. Taste was nice and sweet but not overly. Strong carbonated mix of bicuit, sugar and light sweet malt. Crisp and refreshing.

11.5 ounce bottle- poured out an interesting clear gold with a moderate head. The aroma was very malty. Taste was malt with a light sweetness. As with most cream ales, the appeal of this brew is in the palate, very smooth and full. Very good, I’d buy it again.

12 oz. can. Pours a pale straw color with an average white frothy head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is of faint maltiness with a very light corn-like character. The flavor is initially crisp and clean with a bit of corny sweetness. Finishes with a light bitter flavor of short duration. Body is smooth. Overall, a nice drinkable cream ale.

On tap at the Diesel Theater while watching a performance of The Evil Dead- The Musical. Pours a dark gold with a medium white head. Mild biscuit malt aroma. No so creamy, but has a nice mellow lemon finish.

bottle: I don’t enjoy cream ales but weak, watery & very sweet . . . .has that awful malt liquor feel to it which is stomach turning. Never liked this beer & still don’t.
