COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Remarkably smooth for a full-flavoured beer. Our founder’s intention was to combine the refreshing taste of a German lager with the distinctive taste of an English Ale without blending the two.

If ratebeer would let me, my rating would have read...’’wowcrap.’’ But it won’t, so I have to ramble for a few words.

Another not so good canadian beer. I know there is a lot of good stuff, this just isn’t one of them. Minimal flaor, no aroma, no balance, and did I mention not much flavor.

From bottle courtesdy of my father-in-law. Light pilsner malt and corn, a bit of rubbery-beany hop character. Light carbonic gaseousness. Dull golden clear, with thin foamy white head. Light body with medium carbonation. Starts with decent malt sweetness, pilsner malt and light corn or maybe rice. Fairly smooth but with some carbonic acidity. Finishes sweetish with light beany-rubbery hop character and mild bittering.

Bottled. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is mild fruits, maize, malts and some slight notes of caramel. Flavour is the same along with paper and some mild notes of rubber.

Clear golden with tiny white head. Sweet fruity aroma with mild caramel notes. Sweet flavor with fruity and mild cardboard notes. Ends mild bitter.
