COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Remarkably smooth for a full-flavoured beer. Our founder’s intention was to combine the refreshing taste of a German lager with the distinctive taste of an English Ale without blending the two.

Bottle 341ml.
Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, acrid grass - silage, cardboard. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100102]

This was the best Air Canada could do on my trip to RBSG in Montreal: A yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma is slightly hoppy and slightly sour - I wonder if some sort of brewing cereal has been used. The flavor is sour hoppy, with a dry end and a thin body.

Bottled. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is mild fruits, maize, malts and some slight notes of caramel. Flavour is the same along with paper and some mild notes of rubber.

Pale blond color. Terrible mix of Ale and Lager flavors, corny, papery, with low bitterness, light yeast action.
