Clear deep gold with a small but lasting, creamy head. Aroma is slight caramel apple and bitterish green herb. Flavor is a balanced struggle of lightly sweet apple and slight bittering herbs; would rate higher except for a sourish, industrial malt-adjunct twang that occasionally intercedes. Light medium body is smooth, with a fairly crisp finish. Not a great, but definitely underrated within the style. LordBeamish (144), Boozetown, Ontario, Canada

Pours a nice rich amber colour with some carbonation and a creamy white head. A flowery and somewhat bready aroma introduces a smooth and malty taste. Sweet aftertaste. A nice beer for a change, but personally, I couldn’t drink too many of these in one sitting. stephen louis (162), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada

Aroma is clean malts with faint spicy hops. It is medium bodied with lots of fizzy carbonation. Starts off smooth with creamy taste and some hops, then the carbonation takes over all of the taste and the finish has light spicy hops and sourness. Further down the glass the sourness of the finish mellows out, becoming smoother on the finish, but it is still way overcarbonated. It appears I like this better than most, but you could still do much better for the money. Bainer (45), Windsor, Ontario, Canada

Flavor is sharp, distinctively a canadian ale with its floral notes and hints of fruit in the aftertaste. Well rounded mouthfeel. Robust and complex yet easy to drink and very enjoyable.
