Pours a dark honey colour with a thin tan head. which tends to linger. The nose is skunky (likely a product of the clear bottle, which i bought as a single, out of box), as well as some honey and malt. The taste is very malty, with a note of honey and hops which dissapear fast to bring back the malt in the palate.

Oct 7, 2008 From bottle courtesy of my father-in-law. Light malty aroma with some honey and raw wheat. Very little hops. Medium-dark orange-amber clear with thin white head. Medium to light watery body with heavy carbonation. Starts with a bit of light malty sweetness, perhaps a little corn. Light carbonic acidity and mild brown sugar. Mild bitter finish.

Sep 24, 2008 12oz clear bottle from The Irish Heather. Pale and clear, golden brown color. skunky alcohol nose with malty-sweet body. awkward mouthfeel, reminds me of an american malt liquor.

Sep 4, 2008 Pours an amber color with a white head. Lots of lacing. Slight aroma of caramel. Flavor starts of with caramel and honey and has a faintly bitter finish.

Aug 23, 2008 Clear glass bottle. Pours clear amber with an off-white head. Seems to be very much like a pale lager, except that some caramel is present.
