COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This unpasteurized lager is inspired by the natural freshness and sociability of draught beer. Brewed using proprietary Sleeman ingredients, and a special hopping process that delivers its distinctive flavour and cold refreshing taste.

(1306-231014)

Pours a clear golden with a thin white head that leaves some lacing. Nose is a little corny and malty for the most part. Some fruits on the back end. Taste is of corn and a little fruity, not the worst I’ve had lately. Just a tiny bit sweet. Body is light and carbonation high, mouthfeel slightly oily and not watery for a change. Overall a fair macro lager, not something I’d drink too much of but at least it isn’t unpleasant like some of them get.

(bottle - 330 ml) Clear gold with a white head. Unimpressive corn, malt and grass aroma, echoed by the same flavor. Eh.

341ml bottle. Clear gold with a frothy white head. Flavors are corn, sugar and citrus. Medium body, fizzy carbonation, thin texture.

This one poured a clear amber colour with a nice, bright white head. Scents include very light eggs, very light vinegar... Maybe a little malt? First swig was quite watery with a med/low carbonation. Flavours of light malt, water, even lighter hop... Finish is a little malty with a very dismal flavour lingering.

Fizzy deep gold. Aroma is corn, sweet. taste is ok. Kind of flavourful. Feel is medium light, bit of an aftertaste. Typical boring beer

Well my pale lager ratings are increasing from this trip... That’s the positive... The negative is its macro city.

Minimal aroma, but notes of malt. Clear gold colour. Malty flavour with sweetness in the front and mild bitterness on the end. Light body. This beer doesn’t seem to demand much thought or attention.

341 ml bottle, Calgary, AB, Canada. Medium gold, skunky malt aroma. Not great flavour, though not overwhelming, bready finish. Can’t believe I hadn’t rated this yet. But certainly not worth the wait.
