Tap @ Sleepy Dog. Pours a touch hazy, light yellow appearance with a white head. Huge banana, overly phenolic, dirty spicy aroma. Goopy, syrupy, big banana, tangy, disgusting flavor. Fuck you.

Draft @ Sleepy Dog. Cloudy golden yellow with a white head. Aroma of typical banana/clove yeast, some citrus, sweet bubble gum and wheat. Flavor is wheat malt base with zesty spice and light tart finish. Light body with average carbonation. Decent beer, easy drinker.

Pourer from draft at delux in Phoenix. Cloudy yellow with white head. Belgium style which isn't my thing. Not bad. Easy drinking

Bottle from BevMo Tucson. Pours golden with a thin white head. Not much on the nose. There’s some clove on the tongue but it’s pretty bland. clean Finish. Not my favorite Hefe by any means.

Single bottle purchased from Sky Harbor airport in Phoenix, AZ on 07/16/2012. Colour: dark yellow, light orange, no head. Nose: the wheat displays a soft peachy note and is also lightly perfumed. Some melon and hints of butterscotch. Delightful. Taste: medium-light sweet, light bitter, medium sour. Vanilla notes among some lightly fruited grain. Very decent drink.

Pours a slightly hazy golden orange with a fluffy white head. Aroma is bubble gum, banana, and a bit of spice. Taste is banana, bread, and some bubble gum. Dry on the palate. Pretty good overall.

22oz bottle, thanks to Radarsock. Thin white head, that fades a bit. Somewhat hazy golden color. Little lace. Good banana aroma! Nice lighter carbonation. Crisp texture, more on the dry side. Great lightly sweet taste, good light bit of zestiness. This really is an awesome hefe. Easy to drink, and reasonably refreshing - nice to enjoy with the second half of a subway sandwich (turkey bacon jalapeno)

This beer arrives with a touch of haze in its lighter gold body that sits underneath a pale head. A big, buttery, diacetyl note in the aroma is backed by a notes of dishwater and perhaps a hint of grassy grain. After searching for some beery notes for a while I get a hint of some clove and bubblegum like aromatics.

The flavor has a creamy texture / slickness to it with flavors of sweet corn and a slight tinny / metallic note in the finish. Clove flavors linger on the tongue for a bit and there is a soap like flavor to this as well. My first sip also has lots of buttery diacetyl in the middle that lingers through to the finish. The clove does take over eventually though. Lots of diacetyl in this beer means that it boosts the slickness and body of this brew. No real wheat or grain flavors are noticeable underneath the dominant flavors.

Bottle (courtesy of Ibrew2or3). Orange, banana, clove and wheat malt aroma - nice. Cloudy yellow-brown color with moderate head. Slightly sweet orange/banana and wheat malt flavor. Hint of clove in the finish. Body on the light side. Light but a solid.

22oz bottle-thanks to jtclockwork for sharing–pours a dissipating white head with yellow color. Aroma is hay, grassy, coriander, light malt, some bandaid. Taste is lemon/grassy hops, light malt.
