I have enjoyed most of their beers, being a local. This is one of their better beers, very good taste and palate.

From bottle. Black pour with almost no head or lacing. Aroma of chocolate malts. Taste has a mild sweetness, a little bit of chocolate. Mouthfeel is medium. This is a creamy smooth, easy to drink, delicious milk stout. A real surprise, as I had never heard of this brewery or this beer. Really delicious.

This beer was surprisingly thin for its color, though it was not a thin beer in comparison to most. This is a good choice for anybody who doesnít want their beer to be sweet, but also doesnít want hoppy bitterness. A very smooth beer.

I love a stout, i love a good milk sweet stout, this one is ok, but lacks the sweetness. Itís a little watery, light on the chocolate/coffee taste you are looking for. However, I think itís a very drinkable beer. Drank it while eating some spicy chicken wings, went great.

Location: Draft at Binkís, 3/7/14
Aroma: The nose is clean and roasty, some chocolate, and lactose as well
Appearance: It pours a brown color with a fairly creamy light brown colored head
Flavor: The taste is sweet and roasty, lactose and chocolate, and a little roast as well
Palate: The body is light and a little watery, a slightly thin feel, and a short finish
I thought this was a decent one, but it was a little too thin for my taste. Overall though, it has some decent flavor.

Bottle. Pours a very dark brown color with a moderate tan head on it. Nose has some roasting in there with some cream elements popping through. Taste is like a bit of roasting and cream, with a subtle hint of chocolate. Very smooth and creamy.

Bomber from BevMo, Phoenix. Roasted malt aroma with a bit of chocolate malt. Pours black with a very thin light brown head and no lacing. Roasted malt to start with notes of chocolate. Fairly smooth finish with the lactose doing it's part, but could have been better with more added. Good beer that has the potential to be great with some minor tweaks.

Sample 9/1/13 (Copper Blues-PHX)-Pours balck with tan head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, and malt. Taste of the same with more sweetness. This full bodied brew was darn tasty.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Westin Phoenix. Very dark brown pour with minimal beige head. Prominent coffee and chocolate on the nose and a hint of vanilla and plum. Creamy mouthfeel with a good level of carbonation. Not overpoweringly sweet. Nice balance.
