3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured up at Sleepy Dog with a water clear pale gold body that supports a white head that has a decent level of lacing. The aroma offers up sweet sugary almost cream soda like notes (but without much in the way of vanilla). Behind that I get faint light skinned fruity esters. The taste starts with a modest carbonation prickle that brings up mild vague bitter hops, a dash of vanilla and then mild sweet fruity esters. It picks up a nice mild malt graininess into the finish. Nice session beer that stays away from being too sweet. All in all though the flavor notes don’t really come together for me into a cohesive whole.

1.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 2/20
Tap @ Sleepy Dog. Pours a very, light yellow appearance with a small white head. A bit perfumey, floral, light sweet malty aroma. Corny, somewhat bitter, light watery flavor. Not very good.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draft @ Sleepy Dog. Clear light yellow with a white head. Aroma of grainy malt, honey and light spicy hops. Flavor is light malt, corn and a mild hop bitterness. Light body with a watery mouth feel. Really light beer, probably good for hot AZ summers.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Almost as clear as water with white head and lace. Paper and lemon aroma. Dry flat malt, lemon, and a very light bitter. Medium/light bodied and crisp. Pretty refreshing.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Sampled on tap at Sun Up Brewing; March 2011
The beer arrives from the tap with a somewhat hazed, copper color that is topped by a pale tan colored head. The aroma smells of bright, tropical fruit notes that are a mix of floral peach, lychee and some mango even. This is backed by a softer, herbaceous character that is mostly pine like in scent.
The beer tastes quite floral, which is joined by lots of tropical fruit notes, touches of peach blossom and lots of expressive fruit hop character. There is a a big bitter note in this beer that mixes with a herbaceous, pine like at times, sort of green / raw hop character. The beer tastes quite dry after having eaten my lunch, but it has some texture to it that provides some heft to it; really though it is light and drinkable like a good IPA should be. I am definitely enjoying this beer, it is nice and hoppy and is quite quaffable; it seems “balanced” somehow despite being an aggressively hopped beer.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
enjoyed during 2011 RBWG pours the lightest shade of yellow I have ever seen in a beer, with a thin white head. Aroma is crackers and pale grain. Flavor is watery grass and little else. Severely thin.

1.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Draft sample @ Sleepy Dog. Pours a clear extra pale yellow color with a thin white head. The aroma is light pale malt, corn, slight sweetness. The flavor has hints of sweet corn and not much else. It is what it is.... Not offensive, just nothing there.

1 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20
Draft at Sleepy Dog. Pours clear pale yellow, with a greenish hue. Dear god but this is pale.... If you have seen pictures of the new Walgreens brew, it’s that sort of pale. Thin white head, passable lacing. Nose is clean grain, nothing else. Flavours of extremely watery malt. Equal to a glass of sparkling water. Absolutely tasteless, which I have to assume is what they were aiming for...
