COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We are proud to introduce our first offering from the Slide Ridge Winery, a CaCysir fermented from Northern Utah apples and our raw high-mountain wildflower honey. The resulting wine combines the aromas of baked apples and honeyed tangerine zest with the pleasant undertones of clove, allspice, and cinnamon. The Slide Ridge CaCysir has a wonderful dry juicy sweet balanced mouth feel with a balanced acidity followed by a remarkable finish.

I searched long and hard for this bottle. Found at the Redwood Road store. Pours a deep burnt copper color with slick legs of honey. The aroma is big sweet apples and candy. The flavor is excellent: massive bursting sweetness, almost pushing toward ice cider here, honey, earthy, floral elements. Really smooth and flavorful. Robust. Excellent!
