Sloop Solstice is light in body, yet intricate in flavor. The combination of hops, barley, wheat, and a Belgian-style yeast adds to the beers complexity. This beer is refreshing enough to drink on a summer day, but versatile enough to drink during any season of the year.

Bottle. Pours gold with a dissipating white head. Aroma and taste are both wheat, Belgian yeast, lemon and a touch of apple. Smooth palate but could use a little more carb and could be a touch dryer. Otherwise very tasty and refreshing.

On tap for growler fills at Half Time. Pours a very hazy golden amber with a huge white head. Soft spices and wheat on the nose. Little bit of fuzzy musk. Soft wheat, gentle toast and crisp toffee. Finishes light and crisp, soft wheat with a touch of musk. Nice and easy drinking.
