Bottle bought at the bordershop. Pours a brilliant straw color. Some foam retention with aromatics of sweet, honey barley. The flavor is clean although a bit dull. A light hop crispnes in the finish for a clean aftertaste. For a cheap beer it’s remarkably clean and easy drinking. A bit of a surprise for a beer that costs less than $0.80USD. Kinda like PBR in the states?

From a can. Pours yellow towards golden, white rough foam that dosnt last, no lacing. Almost no aroma, hint of metal. Almost like drinking a water. Hint of malt and extremely mild bitterness in the aftertaste. Relatively low in carbon.

Can from an advent calendar bought in Germany (a gift). Very mild smell, some sweet corn and boiled vegetables. Very light taste with some boiled veggies in the background, some corn. Not as horrible as the other Slots beers I’ve had but I get a feeling the skunky notes is hidden while it’s cold.

I get a skunky tinny aroma with a touch of hops in this extremely pale crystal clear beer. (maybe 3 on SRM) with a little bit of white head this beer brings a crisp light bodied flavor and a touch of alcohol. The aftertaste isnt bad. For a pilsner i have to rank this one pretty decent contrary to other ratings. I may get a little tin taste in the aftertaste. Overall for a pilsner not bad. For me not my style.

Smells like old beer in the street from yesterdays evening. I don’t know why I bought it. maybe they should have used hops.

330 ml can, rated from backlog. Generic binge lager, not as horrible as the Slots Classic and not as good as the Guld.

45c tin out of a toothbrush holder in Cyprus. Gently fizzing gold with a slim bathfoam head. Not unpleasant aroma (also bathfoam) with slight grassy hints. Thick, flattish and snotty but with lemon barley, weak grassy and soapy notes rendering it almost drinkable. Some glue and corn. Good to see glucose syrup and maize listed as ingredients; beats coinage, licked stamps, deck shoe and peas which most island offerings evoke if not contain.
