Sampled with omhper, tiggmtl, MartinT, muzzlehatch, and Rastacouere in Montreal. Thanks to Per for this bottle. Sweet chocolate milky aroma with sugary sweet notes. Dark brown opaque color with a light tan head. Start is spritzy with a malty chocolate base. Smoked notes in the middle, finishing sweet.

Jul 22, 2008 Bottle. Red/brown/black color. Fruity and rosted aroma with some vinious notes. Taste is really smooth with lots of coffee and chocolate and also some banana actually.

Jul 19, 2008 Deep dark, orange brown color with beige, small and quick vanishing but lacy head. Rather sweet aroma is very roasty malty with coffee and hint of alcohol. Sweet flavor is roasty malty with a bit of fruitness. Finishing is ashy bitter. Palate is full-bodied, oily and low carbonated.

Taste: Sweetish strong roasted malts , bit hops. Too sweet. I have tried this earlier and my memories about taste were so dryish that I was bit disappointed all sweetness...

Jun 3, 2008 Draught beer. A dark brown colour. Sweet thick taste. A well balanced amount of hops. Hints of chocolate and raisins in the taste.

Jun 3, 2008 Aroma is roasted and slightly burnt malts, a lot of coffee, syrup and chocolate. Roasty and very coffeish aroma with syrup and hints of chocolate. Alcohol warms, but doesn’t really taste. Very smooth and easy to drink.
