@ Basunen: Lite blek kolaaktig doft. Het men inget särskillt.

330ml bottle. Pours a dark mahogany, with a thin beige head. Malty, oaky aroma, vanilla, roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, ashes, banana peel, yeast. Semi-sweet, full bodied, medium bitterness, slightly low CO2. Malty, woody taste, vanilla, a faint sour note, tannins, caramel, dried fruit, raisins, coffee. Finishes quite fiery from the high alcohol, and the sweetness gets a bit cloying. Not overly impressed. (2012-09-26)

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 29 Sep 2012) Dark brown colour, almost black, with brief beige head. Malty, fruity nose with dried fruit, chocolate, a touch of coffee and vanilla. Malty, roasted taste with notes of dried fruit, chocolate, vanilla, brown sugar and a gentle, spicy bitterness in the finish. Full body, with a certain sweetness (but not overly sweet). Chewy and almost oily mouthfeel. Very nice.
