Doft: svag sprit. Smak: rund...damn! Den slank ner i lungan och fick mig hosta. Vill säga att ölen är god! Smaka :)

(Draught, 2007 vintage, at Man in the Moon, 20130313) The beer poured brown and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had malts, raisin and berries. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were berries, plum, dark fruits, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had malts and berries. The beer was too oxidised. The aging hadn’t done any good, unfortunately.

@ Basunen. Tack till Gyllenbock för denna fem år gamla flaskan. Förvåndsvärd frisk doft med svaga bäriga toner. Inte mycket belgo-pregel kvar, men små kolatoner. Inte alls tokig.

Bottle. (I kept this one in my cellar for more than five years, it was realeased at Systembolaget in May 2007) Slightly hazy reddish/brown with a small, brief head. Quite a lot of toffee both in the aroma and taste. Also fruit, yeast and notes of cardboard. Still drinkable but on the old side.

bottled, rbesg07 grand tasting. poured a hazy light brown with a lingering frothy head; slightly mossy aroma with hints of nutmeg and coriander; plenty of brown sugar sweetness but with quite a dry finish; full of good qualities, somehow the end product isn’t quite as much as the sum of the parts, though

Bottle. The aroma is fruity and spicy and a little yeast. It is a amber beer with a large tanned head. The taste is fruity and yeasty. It has a medium body with a dry finish. This is a nice beer that I will recommend

330ml Bottle (Thanks Omhper) - Hazy dark brown with a lot of yeast sediment floating around. Fruity and spicy aroma with notes of Dundee cake and marzipan. The taste is fruity, tangy, spicy and slightly tangy with notes of fruit cake, dried fruit and nuts.

Murky light brown with a few floaties. Very fruity and esthery with a slight chocolate flavour. Slightly sour and a little thin. Was probably better fresh.
