COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Slottskällans Bryggeri bryggde sitt första öl i maj 1998.

Slottskällans Decenium have a beautiful red-brown colour and caramel sweet round taste. The beer have an aroma of roasted almonds and figs. The aromas linger for a long time, elevated by the warming alcohol and the taste is finished with a spicy bitterness.

Bottle 33cl. A clear amber colour with a small off-white head. An aroma of malt, caramel, raisin, figs and alcohol. The taste is light sweet and medium bitter. A medium body, oily texture, flat carbonation and a medium long duration. This was a beer I have aged for three years. It was vinous and still drinkable.

Okay, so this didn’t manage three years of aging. Looks alright, unclear amber with a small head. Smells oxidized with some underlying fruits and nuts. Taste is heavily oxidized and pretty much undrinkable. Drain pour...

Nice reddish color. The foam is great but disappears fairly quickly. The aroma is sweet with hints of raisins and caramel. Sweet taste, not the best bock out there.
