Linnet (1088) - Karlstad, - DEC 19, 2012
Ar: plenty of fruity hops, citric, pine, Grass, spruce, some pineapple, sweet malts, Wood. Ap: amber colour, medium cream head, lacing. F: big resinous bite, grapefruit, medicinal, pine, citric, bitterness is harsh and lingers for a very long time, malts are light and understated, again a note of Wood in the end. M: average. T: My perception of Slottskällans was That they were always bland. Even though I’m not totally convinced by this brew, no one can accuse this for being flavourless.

Flaske, 50 cl. Ravgylden med et cremet off white skum. Grapefrugtig næse. Masser dejlig crystal og caramel malt. Super balance. Fyldig med nogle næsten kaffe-agtige ristedenoter. God.
