3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sample at ÖÖWF 2011. It poured a hazy golden liquid with a pail beige head. Smell of flowers, yeast and some light maltiness. Similar taste but milder. I particularly liked the smell.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draught. Hazy orange beer, thin creamy head. Green/leafy and herbal hop notes, fruity/sour yeast (lingonberries and some dryfruits). Dry toasty and biscuity malts, moderate in caramel, dry and woody bitter finish with hints of dark fruits and nuts. Medium body, somewhat carbonated texture. Lingering bitter aftertaste. Well balanced beer with nice hop character.

Tap (William K, Helsinki)
Rich hoppy aroma, some biscuity maltiness too. Quite the slottskallen fingerprint. Cloudy, but that doesn’t look so good in a keg beer, almost muddy. Hoppy and very tasty. A classic Slottskallen modern pale ale. Leaves those sweet biscuity malts with the slightly nettly bitter hops in the finish. Easy drinker.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draught @ Olutravintola Konttori. Rated on 23.6.2011
Light aroma has bready malt and some toffee. Flavour is rather bready too, but slightly better than in non-Fog version. Some caramel and nuts. Didn’t like the breadiness here.
