UPDATED: OCT 4, 2008 Sample from bottle. Julölsprovning at Haket, Göteborg. Brown/orange color. Aroma of malt, caramel, syrup, dark bread and some citric hops. Tastes of sweet malt, oranges, christmas spices, caramel, molasses, butter and some hops. Ok but a bit too flat and sweet.

Bottle. Amber/copper colour with a tan head. The same cauliflower aroma as often before in Slottskällans beer, earthy with a light plastic smell. Earthy taste with a light bitterness.

Grovlam (4152) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 15, 2007
Bottle vintage 2004 @ Plan B [Courtesy of thewolf, thanks buddy!] Average beige head that mostly diminished. Spare lacework. Clear light brown color. Dried fruit, caramel, spice. René and I agreed that it was a bit oxidized. I guess this bottle could note preserve the beer. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Light sweet flavor. Light spicy sweet and fruity finish.

MesandSim (7119) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 28, 2007
A Mes rate: 50cl bottle at home. Nice chestnut brown colour but with a complete lack of head and a watery and bubbly consistency. Looks very much like some sort of soda. Nose of bread and malt and very little else. Flavour is marginally better but only by a cigarette paper. Slight caramel notes and a lite more of the bread and malt noted in the aroma. Pretty poor to be honest.

NosirIwont (1939) - Aalborg Vestby, DENMARK - MAR 10, 2007
Bottle. Pours a clear copper-brown with a small, fast-disappearing off-white head. Sweetish malty aroma with notes of cloves, nuts and wood. Flavour is sweetish and malty with notes of cloves and raisins. Feels a bit thin. Finish is sweetish with a lingering mild bitterness and notes of cloves and grass. Slightly cloying in the long run. A bit too much carbonation. 10-03-07.

Nicce.(Is this beer infected, or out of date allready?) Nice enyway. :-)
