Flavour is sweetish and malty with notes of cloves and raisins. Feels a bit thin. Finish is sweetish with a lingering mild bitterness and notes of cloves and grass. Slightly cloying in the long run. 2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Clear amber with a small off-white head. Sweet aroma of boiled candy, diacetyl and stale crystal malt. Suprisingly thin body, flavours of mildly toasted malts, candy and more diacetyl. Also carries some of the staleness from the aroma, definitly tastes like suspect malts. The finish is nearing watery but is otherwise OK.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Dark, malty, bready and almost yeasty. Spicy as well. Not as much sweetness as theese kinds of christmas beers usually have. There is a fine bitterness in the finnish along with a warming sense of alcohol. A bit thin.
