Aroma has bready malt, caramel and some toffee. Flavour has bready malt, caramel, toffee, some berries, floral notes and hints of resin. Decent.

Kaatuu lasiin rubiininpunaisena ja keskikokoisella vaahdolla. Haju on pähkinäisen humaloitu ja hyvin ruohoisen sitrushedelmäinen. Maku on alussa hyvin pähkinäinen, joka tasoittuu selkeästi. Keskivaiheilla se on jopa vetisen hedelmäinen, kunnes lopussa humalan katkeruus puree ja suuhun jää täyteläinen pähkinä. Suutuntuma on jostain ohuen ja keskitäyteläisen väliltä. Kaiken kaikkiaan tämä olut on sellainen, jossa korostuu kolme erilaista makuaaltoa, joka alussa yllätti ja sitten siihen tottuu ja nauttii.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours dark copper in color with a ehitish head. Biscuits and bread with some hay in aroma. Flavour slightly bitter but also some bready malts are quite strong in there.

The head is ok, the body brown. It smells grassy-dark malty, hoppy. The taste is hoppy and a bit bitter. A good one! 10/12/11/13/11/12

Bottle. Copper color with a small off-white head. Malty aroma with fruits and caramel. Flavor is malt, some fruitiness, caramel and toffee. Medium-bodied, slightly bitter aftertaste.

Dark red with a nice persistent head. The head is not as smooth as in general Irish red ales, but nice and "sticky" (ie. sticks to the sides of the glass) nevertheless. Very nice roasty "red" aroma, typical of Irish red ales. The taste is pretty bitter (reported EBU 51) and balances out with some fruitiness. Long bitter finish.

330 ml bottle bought @ Systembolaget. Pours mahogany brown with a small creamy off-white head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of trace on the glass. Smell is malty sweet and rather subtle with caramel, hints of bread, sweet tropical fruits, hints of metal and citrus zest. Taste is malty, slightly sweet, slightly bitter and quite metallic with caramel, bread, floral hops, lemon zest, toasted malts and grass. Mouthfeel is slightly watery and very creamy. Finish is dry and bitter with toasted malts and grass.
