Roslager is a pale lager beer. A beer with good maltiness and medium wort strength. Together with a big spicyness from the hops this creates a beer with a balanced flavour and convincing bitterness in the finish. A beer with flavour from the tradition in the archipelago.

Bread of the fragrance. Otherwise pretty scentless. Taste is a bit malty but with most alcohol taste, I think. Quite poor at the time. Bitterness, there is plenty of. A heavier bitterness that finishes the beer back in mouth for a long time. This beer did not appeal to me at all. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

500ml bottle from Systembolaget e-beställning. Pour a nice, dark golden body. Dotted spots from a slowly fading white head. Dry and malty to the nose. Dry taste character of herbal hops and earthy malts offset by a mild bitter ending. A tad above average for the style (at Finns in Tromsø, 23.08.2012

Aroma and taste of malt and hops. The hops are prominent in the taste. The aftertaste is a bit harsh and bitter. An ordinary but good beer!

Cloudy pale yellow with a rather small head for a lager. Lager yeasty (unpasteurised?) taste with bread, spicy, grassy and earthy hops. Very enjoyable lager, far from the massmarket crap.
