33cl, organic Swedish brew, from Systembolaget Göteborg, not complex Porter, malty/roasted and slightly bitter/smoked, easy to drink, balanced, clear, good head, nice brew

330 ml from Systembolaget. Pours black with tan head. Vanilla, dark chocolate in aroma. Roasted flavour with similar elements as in the aroma. A nice porter.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with a small, beige head. Aroma of ash, toast, chocolate. Tastes a bit dusty, medium sweet, medium bitter. Medium bodied, thin texture, average carbonation. A decent beer.

Pours a black beer with a beige head. The aroma is roasted, chocolate, licorice, slate and notes of fruit. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is dry with sweetness. Overall an average beer.

Black colour with a beige head. Mild roasty nose. Lots of roasted malt in the flavour. Coffee and some licorice.

Bottle. Pours a deep brown, near-black body with a small white head. Aroma is roasty mellow chocolate tones, hints of mint and dark fruits. Taste is roasty bread-like tones, licorice and coffee. Hints of burnt toast. Dry finish, medium to light mouthfeel. An OK porter, but nothing more.

330 ml bottle. Black coloured with a brown hue. Small light beige head that clings to the glass. Nice nutty chocolatey papery aroma. Soft and delicate. Sharper roasted burnt malt flavours than first appeared in the aroma. Licorice and a little salt and ash. Hop bitterness is there but hides behind the bitter ashy flavours. I quite like it.

Chocolate, coffee, roasted malts, both in the nose as well as in the flavour, well made, but does not excite me.

Bottle. Black with medium sized head. Sweet aroma. Sweet flavour with somemalt, coffee and chocolate.

Clear dark brown colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, bread, roasted, chocolate, keller, dusty malt. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120128]
