COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Två sorters humle: First gold och Sovereign.

Deep brown almost clear body with a big-bubbled head that laces the glass well. Strong aroma that initially feels very sweet, but after a while it becomes more dusty and dry. Roasted notes, dark caramel and chocolate, with some smoke and tobacco in the back and even further back I find some fruity hints. Light sweet and light bitter taste. Strong roasted malty flavours with chocolate and coffee. Also hints of fruits and herbs. Smooth and dry texture with a bit too soft carbonation for such a light body. Still a very nice beer!

Medium dark brown head. Opaque black body goes deep dark brown at edges. Roasty earthy chocolatey aroma with alcoholic caramelly notes. Dry-sweet earthy roasty chocolatey taste with heavily roasted grain and caramel notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, smooth mouthfeel. Dryish earthy chocolatey toffee aftertaste with burnt grainy alcohol notes. Very, very nice. Incredibly vivid and harmonic. (0.33l bottle, Systembolaget, Nordstan, Göteborg.)

160912: Black porter with a nice creamy brown foam. Aroma of good toasted malt and a little yeast. Dry easy-drinking porter, but nice toasted and with relatively low alcohol team reports.
