COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
UPPSALA JULÖL är ett mörkt välbalanserat lageröl.I doften märks maltens något rostade och söta aromer. I smaken kan man ana både bröd och nötter som kompletteras av en lätt ton av humle.

(Bottle. Thanks to SaintMatty) Dark brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of dark bread, nuts, chocolate and wort. Malty taste with dark bread, raisins, wort, roasted malt, hints of chocolate and slightly spicy hops in the finish. Light body, with some malt sweetness. A bit thin, but tasty and quite enjoyable.

Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, thin malty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, cardboard. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100703]

Bottled. Nut brown, rich head. Grassy lightly roasty nose. Dry with light body and crisp, lightly rounded mouthfeel. Lightly grainy, roasty. Salty bitterish finish. Quite pleasant 3.5% lager.
