330 ml bottle as "Slottskällans EKO-Lager".
Pours a golden colour with a small white head. Aroma of grains, grass and surprisingly strong hops. Flavour of pale malts, strong hops, light fruits and grass. Light bodied, slick mouthfeel and decent carbonation. Almost perfect after sauna beer.

Pours clear golden with a high head. Aroma is slightly sour malts. Flavor is along the same lines. A bit too much carbonation. Drinkable but not particularly enjoyable.

Aroma is rather strong on diacetyl, butter, grainy malt, some stale hay and metal. Flavour has butter, diacetyl, some metal and grainy malt. Leathery and dry finish with ashy aftertaste. Feels like a bohemian pilsener.

On tap at SBWF, October 6, 2011. (Eko-lager) Slightly hazy golden with a medium white head. A standard Lager with bread, grass, some citrus and caramel. Drinkable but nothing sensational.

Clear pale golden color, white head. Malty sweet scent. Acidic, malty dry taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness.

Clear yellow color, white head. Malty sweet some DMS scent. Clean sweet malty taste. Medium mouthfeel, fairly low bitterness. Nicely done standard lager.

Bottle 50 cl. A clear golden yellow colour with a white head. An aroma of fruit, grass, corn and spicies. The taste is light bitter with a long finish. A medium body, average carbonation. (from jul 2010)

500ml Bottle - Golden with a slight haze. Malt and lime in the aroma. Malty and slightly sweet taste with notes of grain, lime and grass. Almost tastes like a lager and lime. Not too great, although there’s nothing really wrong with it either.

Bottle from SB Uppsala, 2010-10-16 Göteborg AR: breadisch, caramel, syrup, yeast a bit sprity after being poured AP: a bit hazy pale dry grass colored body, 1 cm wee bubbly chemical white diminshing to tan head F: fresh yeasty , white bread, loads of carbonation, citrus, grape fruit, some oddness (a bit close to laste consumption date? In this case W43 - one week a head, a bit like weiss bear in the caracter.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is cornish and light peachy hops. Light bitter and fruity flavoured. Light grassy and subdued spiced. Smooth finish, yet a light metallic touch. Fruity lasting impression.

Bottle. Pours a clear, pale yellow. Small white head. Hoppy aroma with an off-note. Dryish and grainy. Weak malt and hop flavour. Grassy notes. Same finish. 26-09-09.
