Frisch-säuerlich-hefiger Geruch. Der Antrunk ist vollmundig-süffig. Der Hauptteil ist ein Bisschen würzig und auch einen Tick herb. Dabei erfrischend-hefig-säuerlich. Der Nachgeschmack ist nicht sehr lange anhaltend, zwar als Sommerbier erfrischend, aber doch etwas flach. Auf der Zunge bleibt eine leicht-hefige Herbe mit einer leichten Pelzigkeit.
--> Nettes, süffig-frisches Bier, aber nichts wirklich Besonderes. Test vom 2.10.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,10,11,9,12,10 - 10,30

500 ml bottle, rated from backlog. Hazy deep golden with big white head. Aroma fresh and nice of wheat, banana and other fruits. Taste is a bit duller, wheat, tanginess, subdued fruit and banana.

Bottle. (old notes from 2007) Hazy golden with a medium head. Aroma and taste of yeast, coriander, banana, spices and lemon. Also floral hops. Refreshing and descent. I kind of miss this beer.

UPDATED: FEB 29, 2012 From an old notebook. Bottle. Hazy golden colour with a white head. Fruity, not so much banana nose. Unusual a hefe weisse flavour, more fruity and like an belgian wit bier.

Bottle. Unclear yellow with a medium white head. Wheat, banana and citrus in aroma. Flavour is citric, spicy and light hoppy. Medium to thin body. Bit weak in aroma and taste.

Bottle. Pale yellow brown unclear body. Medium sweet white head. Very fresh aroma of several sweet fruits. Pineapple, canned peach and pear. A little like "Fruktcocktail". Medium fresh flavour. Not the same exciting fruits as in the aroma. Hints of pineapple. Light sweet finish. (Stugan vid Daglösen, 18.07.08)

Bottle 0.5l labeled "Vit Sommaröl". Golden orange/brown colored. Hazy. A shortlived white head. Modest spicy aroma. Flavor is fruit and almonds. Dry bitter aftertaste. Not offensive in any way. The head disappeared completely.
