Bottle 0.33l at Oluthuone Leskinen, Oulu. BBE 130305. Colour is slightly reddish brown with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Sourness, berries, dryness and citrus. Quite weird.

Bottle. Dark brown. Nose has dark cherries, some oak, chocolate and malts. Body is light, some tartness, fruity berries, fruits, green hops, wheat. I wouldn’t say this reminds me of a black saison, some sort of flanders red/saison mix rather. Enjoyable for a while, got a bit too murky after pouring the yeast.

Bottled. Dirty reddish-brown beer with frothy medium-sized head. Funky nose, loads of alcoholic berries, sour yeast, cloves and pineapple. There appears to be almost no roastedness or "darkness". Grainy maltiness with some sugary notes. Minimal toastedness in finish has sour and alcoholic touch. Slightly too sweet and heavy for a saison. Rather oily texture. Not very pleasant.

Smells of stale piss and yeast. Meh, nothing going on in the mouth. WIth more yeast poured into the glass, it’s even enteric. Reminds me of nappies. Finally I’ve found the legendary "piss and poop" beer that everyone thinks I’m always talking about. Messy, and has no reason to exist.

Smell of burnt toast and apple. Dark brown, high beige head. Very bitter hit to start with, gets quickly sweet. Oily with very lively carbon. Aromas of cola, alcohol, rum, sugar, some rubber.

Bottle at ChrisO Holiday Tasting, London. Pours brown with a big, tan cream head. Brown bread in the nose, some sugars. Medium sweet flavor with ripening fruits and further brown bread malts. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Fairly sweet to finish with toasty sugars, bready malts, little else. OK overall.

Draft. A dark red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of over ripe fruits, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry finish.

Hanaversio reitattu. Kaatuu lasiin tummanruskeana ja hieman sameana, pysyvällä kermaisella vaahdolla. Haju on belgihiivainen, sitruksinen, maamainen, viinimarjainen ja banaaninen. Maku on happaman marjainen, marjapensainen, banaaninen, hiivainen ja maamainen. Suutuntuma on hapan, täyteläinen ja katkerahko. Kokonaisuutena tämä on raikas ja helppo saison, ei kuitenkaan yllättänyt tai säväyttänyt muuten kuin värin perusteella.

Bottle. Creamy white excellent mostly lasting head. Brown amber colour. Moderate malty nad hoppy aroma. Very sour. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. To sour. More like a flemish red.

Bottle: Dark brown/red colour, with a big head. Aroma is fruity, citrus, yeasty, Flavor had a nice creamy, mouthfeeling of belgian yeastynes, mixed with lots of citrus,flowers, fruits, medium body, and a long fruity/some caramelly finish. Werry nice!!
