pours almost clear medium dark golden with a frothy white head, good retention and strong lacing. very aromatic flowers - lavender, ginger, spicy hops, honey - never cloying, fruitiness - apricots, wheat, pepper and earth. average carbonation, light body - oily, nice flowery-herbal-citrusy finish. audacious. quenching. i liked it.

Bouteille de 660ml achetée au Vermont et bue en compagnie de SlovakSniper. Un produit embouteillé au mois 8ème mois de l’année 2012. Liquide doré foncé avec une mousse blanche durable. Des notes de miel sont bien présentes aux narines avec des fleurs blanches, de la cassonade, des herbes (houblons) et des effluves rustiques de la levure saison. Le liquide se présente bien en bouche avec des épices des houblons bien présents. La texture est surprenante pour une saison. Une sorte de bière sucrée-salée. 7/10

Embouteillé en août 2012, ce liquide montre une robe dorée et passablement embrouillée. Sa tête mousseuse reste accrochée pendant quelques minutes. Son nez est fortement parfumé par des houblons épicés, du gazon et des herbes, des fleurs des champs et du trèfle mielleux. Sur les papilles, des saveurs de grains rustiques viennent se choquer à des houblons épicés, à des fleurs campagnardes et à des herbes poussiéreuses. En bouche, le corps est à son meilleur avec un pétillement modéré et une texture qui me semble être crémeuse. la finale étonne avec ses houblons nobles qui demeurent vifs.

Bomber, purchased in P-Town. Bottled 7 / 2012. Hazy orange amber pour, huge fluffy head. The aroma is yeasty, very floral, mango, sage, funk. High carbonation, true to style. Close to full bodied, the flavor is yeasty, herbal, grassy, horseblanket, faint Brett, leather, old dusty hops. Finishes dry with a bit of white pepper and almost abrasive carbonation. A nice summery saison.

Amber pour with a fluffy white head. Aroma is a bit yeasty and flowery with a touch of sweet fruit. Mouthfeel is light, a bit thin and tingly. Flavor is mild - some fruity yeast, a bit of grassiness, and a flutter of ripe fruit on the finish. Lackluster.
