"You don’t like my peaches, don’t shake my tree. Get out of my orchard, let my peaches be." Our white IPA is a hybrid ale brewed with wheat malts and fermented with fresh peach puree. The aromatic essence of peach flavors combines with a world of hoppy goodness from Galena, Amarillo and Citra hops.

Solid brew, nice hop flavor, bitter and fruity, just a slight taste of the peach that does blend well with the beer. A really nice summer drinking IPA, not overpowering. For the price point though there are other things I would rather buy, I think it would do better in a six pack format rather than a bomber. Not bad.

Pours a slightly cloudy, deep golden orange with tangerine hues and a two finger yellowish head that very slowly settles into a thick, lasting ring. Really good retention with large chunks of soapy lacing left behind. Sweet citrus and tropical fruit aroma with a subtle earthy hop presence and faint wheat beer character. Lots of peach and grapefruit along with some orange peel and mango along with grassy, resinous hops, bready yeast, wheat and bubblegum. Pale biscuit like malts along with some caramel and toffee. Weird combination but not offensive. Medium bodied with a bitter, earthy hop presence up front that lingers over the peach, wheat flavors and malt backbone into an astringent, dry finish. The grassy, piny hops really clash with the sweetness of the peach, and the tropical/citrus fruit notes from the nose are missing. One dimensional hop flavor that falls off halfway through. Hops are countered by malted wheat, bready yeast, banana and bubble gum with artificial tasting peach juice as well. Lingering overly dry finish. ABV is well masked but the flavors are all over the place resulting in a somewhat muddled, messy beer.

Reddish, orange, slightly brown. Off white head. Resiny piney aroma. Some spice as well. Flavor is on the malty side for the style. More pine resin than it should have. A little muddy and dull. Fruit flavors are there but lack any expected brightness. Drinkable enough, but not demonstrating any real skill or finesse. Just OK.

Location: 22 oz bottle from Buy Rite, 12/8/13

Aroma: The nose is grapefruit, peach, a little spice, and some wheat bread
Appearance: Pours a clear orange color with a small ring of white head and spotty lace
Flavor: The taste is similar, more spice/wheat, less fruity, lightly sweet, and medium bitter finish
Palate: The body is light-medium, easy, clean mouthfeel, average carbonation, spice/dry finish
Overall Impression: Thought this one was pretty decent. I expected a more fruity offering, but after the nose the fruit is more subtle, and the wheat bread and spice flavors come out. Definitely worth trying.

It’s OK. Not terribly interesting but plenty drinkable and I’m glad I tried it. The most memorable thing I took away was how spicy this beer is.

En fût. Pinte dégustée chez Jimmy the Greeks (Old Orchard Beach, ME). (Rating #5170)

22oz bottle from Spirits red Bank, bottled 06/26/13.....If I saw that I might not have grabbed this since it was about to turn 3 months old. Poured a chunky deep orange/amber with a long lasting larger frothy off white head. Aroma of tropical fruits to start, peach apricot and pineapple, baby aspirin, wet toast, earthy citrus. Full body with a big solid mouthfeel and average carbonation with a quicker to average lingering aftertaste. Flavor of old citrus rind, some fruit skin from peach and nectarine, dry grains, touch of aspirin, older marmalade. Not bad and I’m sure if I can get a fresher bottle this one would be a touch or two better.

recommended t my local bottle shop. There is a stone fruit fruitness to the smell but would have thought this was result of the hops if I did not know it had peach added. There is a corriander wheat character. Even nice bitter taste. More slum brew must be tried.

Pours deep gold into a tulip. White head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Peach and wheat aromas. Soft with sour peach cobbler upfront turning to tropical fruit and marshmallow before the lasting resin finish.
