From a 750 into a snifter. Pours with a frothy read head. I like redheads. But it swiftly disappears... like a redhead. Aroma is really nice dark raspberry. Here’s when things go truely, truely, wrong. MOuthfeel is like seltzer. Taste is like seltzer with raspberry syrup added... not enough raspberry syrup added. The cork on the bottle had some very sticky, dark red raspberry stuff on it. My guess is that SF adds syrup to the bottle during bottling. Not sure how kosher that is. Anyway, this stuff sucks. Avoid at all costs.

C: Ruby red. S: (dutch:) Roosvicee, which is a type of rootbeer. T: Bitter, malty and fruity. P: Active mouthfeel, slightly dry.

Bottle:
Airy light pink head on top of a hazy dark pink red beer with a brown tint.
Smell red fruit, raspberry, strawberry, rose hip, roosvice and some malts.
Taste is a strange mix of malts, red fruit, strawberry, raspberry, berries, bitter, some herb.
Good bitter aftertaste.
Medium carbo, soft mouthfeel, medium body and a light watery texture.
Strangely balanced: not good but not bad either.

Hazy cloudy dark red color, head pinkish, quickly gone. Smells sweet like a child juice. Sweet and some kind of weird bitterness in the taste. Appears unbalanced. Medium body, medium carbo.

Mycket stor hallondoft, men vart tog smaken vägen? Den verkar helt död – enbart en tam och vattnig vätska. Lite besk eftersmak, och vart tog de 8 procenten vägen?

Bottle.
Pinkish color with a brief white head. Pleasant aroma with raspberries, malt and maybe some notes of cherries. The taste was not that interesting, on the weak side with some light notes of raspberries. Dry and light mouth feel. 8% alcohol? This one was almost like juice.

750 ml bottle. Dark mahogany red colour. Clear. Fizzy carbonation. Tall head initially, but it fizzes down leaving only a very small off-white head. Fruity raspberry nose with hints of rubber and sweet melanoidin malt. Body is relatively light. Very high carbonation level. No noticeable hops. No noticeable wheat either for that matter. Lots of raspberry, but the beer feels clean and without much substance. Slightly tart, and quite refreshing.

Bomber that was corked and caged. Poured a red/purplish hazyy color with a fizzy redish thick head. Had the aroma of raspberry syrup, and candi sugar. This was very carbonated, almost as much as a soda. Sugary raspberry flavors hit the palate with a subtle tartness aftertaste.

Tasted on 6/26/11 from a 750mL corked and caged bottle, thanks to Ryan. Pours hazy deep fiery red with an average pink head that slowly recedes to very spotty lace. The nose is very pleasant, smells just like raspberry jam with a bit of underlying maltiness. The flavor is just the same, with the addition of some light tartness, but falls a bit short. The body is almost full with a bit of a syrupy texture, lively carbonation and a short raspberry jam finish.
